Hi, I am Alistair Farson. I like wood and woodlands and I’ve been creating furniture, carvings and small buildings for a fair few years. I like to source the wood locally, so I know where it’s come from and that the woodland is managed with wildlife in mind. This is mixed in with fire eating, juggling and storytelling at community events or fairs, and occasionally weddings – just because I like to see people smile.
I like to make things that are both beautiful and functional. This doesn’t mean that they cost a lot – It just means that a bit of thought and care is taken to ensure it works and it looks nice.
